Return policy
NP Beauty Supplies does not offer returns on merchandise purchased through the website to avoid cross-contamination issues.

Warranty
NP Beauty Supplies tattoo machines are imported from the US and feature a one-year warranty on all parts. If your machine breaks before one year of purchasing, please send us an email at info@npbrows.vn. We will do our best to look into it and/or send your machine back to our supplier in the US for further assessment. The supplier may replace you a new tattoo machine if it is irreparable.

Please note: the one-year warranty does not cover items subject to general 'wear and tear' such as springs/contact screws/armature bars, nor does it cover neglect or misuse of the machine including dropping, over lubrication, replacing parts on your own, or use of the machine for anything other than its intended purpose.

Turnaround time: We ask for up to 30 business days from the day we receive your machine for a diagnosis to be completed by the supplier, then, we will be able to inform you of how long the repair may take.
