BOOKING POLICY
Please have a look before booking your appointment
- By reading and agreeing to these Terms, clients are considered to fully understand and accept the Terms & Conditions associated with their appointment.
- Please be aware that Nhung Phan's time in America is limited, so clients are requested to book only if genuinely interested. Changes in the appointment schedule can pose significant challenges for both Nhung Phan and other clients.
- Spaces are rapidly filling up, and appointments will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis due to high demand.
- To confirm your Permanent Makeup (PMU) appointment, a non-refundable 50% deposit of your service fee is required. This deposit needs to be paid at the time of booking. Additional deposits are needed for booking 02 (two) or more services, with 01 (one) deposit per service.
- Please provide a 72-hour notice if you need to reschedule; failure to do so results in the loss of your non-refundable deposit. Contact us through our Facebook or Instagram for swift responses. Please note, this doesn't guarantee a new appointment due to Nhung Phan's limited schedule in America. If no slots are available, your deposit will be forfeited. Please book with care.
- We limit our capacity to 4 services/day to ensure exceptional service and quality.
- A reservation is marked as a "No Show" if you're unreachable 30 minutes after your appointment time, leading to deposit forfeiture.
- Any client that does not show for a scheduled appointment will forfeit their deposit.
- Balance is due on the day of your procedure via Cash, Zelle or PayPal (4.6% PayPal transaction fee is incurred).
- For eyebrows and lips service appointments, if you have any blemishes such as acne, pimples, cold sores, skin irritation, or dryness in the treated area, Nhung Phan cannot perform the procedure until the issue is resolved. Consequently, your non-refundable deposit will be forfeited. Therefore, please refer to our blog post: Permanent Makeup Pre-care before booking and for preparation tips.
- We strongly advise clients to complete our Consent Form before the procedure and familiarize themselves with our Aftercare instructions for proper preparation.
- Changing your mind upon arrival incurs a 50% procedure cost charge.
- The service fee doesn't cover free touch-ups.
