1. Outbound shipment: (From our store to Indonesia)

According to Indonesia Ministry of Finance (stated at 158/PMK.04/2017) and Indonesia Customs & Tax department guidelines letter (stated at PER 11/BC/2020), all outbound shipments require:

• For Company: Tax Code (NPWP)
• For Individual: Tax Code (NPWP) and personal ID (NIK KTP) or Passport Number

Without these information, a delay may occur while clearing the customs declaration form.

Therefore, once an order is placed on our website www.npbeautysupplies.com, please kindly send us an email with the required information to info@npbrows.vn and we will process your order. In the event of failing to email us, NP Beauty Supplies will take the liberty to contact you through the provided email for a reminder. Keep in mind that the order shall not be processed without the required information to prevent any failure to deliver (FTD).

2. Inbound shipment: (From Indonesia to our store)

Due to the current COVID-19 situation in both Indonesia & Vietnam, all inbound shipments are facing great delays. The expected transportation time is 14 days++ after our Indonesia shipping partner received your parcel.

Please kindly contact us if you need to send us a package. We will work closely with our shipping partners to update you about the optimal solution.
